The role requires an active Virginia HVAC license and 5–10 years of progressive management experience to drive service, installation, sales, and admin functions.

You will oversee daily operations, monitor KPIs, mentor managers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while applying operational best practices and ServiceTitan analytics to boost

Qualifications

• Active Virginia HVAC license required.
• 5–10 years of progressive HVAC management experience.
• Proven experience leading service, installation, and administrative teams.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar HVAC service management software.
• Must reside in or near the Ashland/Richmond, VA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to service, installation, sales, and administrative teams.
• Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and staff to achieve goals.
• Oversee day-to-day HVAC operations and drive KPI-based excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards.
