Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a vibrant housing complex serving a diverse resident community. You will handle apartment maintenance, turns, and essential repairs to ensure units are move-in ready and compliant with standards.

The role requires performing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks, plus grounds and safety duties. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required; EPA refrigerant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments and perform turnovers to ready units for leasing.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks, and appliance repairs.
• Carpentry and painting tasks including drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, and tile work.
• Maintain grounds and safety, assist with lighting and snow removal as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and manage inventory.
• Complete work orders per municipal/building requirements and report issues to management.
• Provide after-hours on-call support for maintenance emergencies and assist supervisors as needed.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, vendors, and residents; work both independently and as part of a team.
