Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a beautiful housing complex serving a diverse community. The role emphasizes safe, high-quality repairs, prompt service, and professional resident interactions.

Responsibilities include apartment turns, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, grounds upkeep, and preventative maintenance. EPA refrigerant recovery certification is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repair skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment maintenance requests and turn occupied units for leasing.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs; troubleshoot.
• Carry out carpentry tasks: drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, and painting.
• Maintain grounds and safety: lighting, trash, snow/ice removal.
• Provide preventative maintenance and assist with inventory.
