Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician to service residents and properties, performing diverse repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure comfort and safety across the community.

You will work both independently and in a team, handle prioritization, and participate in on-call maintenance and overtime when needed. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and performing carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks to keep units lease-ready.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities equipment.

• Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Maintain common areas and grounds and assist with leasing-ready units.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as required.
