Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a beautiful residential complex. You will perform apartment maintenance, handle turns, and ensure safety and cleanliness.

You will do plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds tasks, lift up to 50 lbs, and provide after-hours support as needed.

A valid driver's license and strong teamwork are required; EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general maintenance tasks in residential settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and turn apartments, prep vacant units for leasing, remove trash as needed.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Carpentry and painting of units; doors, trim, cabinets, tile, windows.
• Maintain common areas and exterior lighting; replacement tasks.
• Routine preventative maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Comply with municipal/building codes; report issues to management.
• Assist supervisors with additional duties; provide after-hours on-call support.
• Work overtime as needed; support operations.
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and teammates.
