Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a maintenance technician for a beautiful housing complex. You will complete service requests, turn vacant units, and perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks to ensure high-quality living spaces.

You’ll also maintain common areas, grounds, and safety, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with reporting to management. A valid driver's license and EPA certification are preferred; overtime and after-hours on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance and turns to ready units for leasing.
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs.
• Carry out drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, and painting tasks.
• Maintain grounds and safety, replace bulbs and lighting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and manage inventory.
