MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician at Sonoran Apartments in Phoenix, AZ. You will tackle a range of tasks across grounds, offices and units, ensuring timely maintenance requests are completed to high standards.

The ideal candidate has multi-trade experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and a strong customer-service mindset, with a willingness to work on-call and weekends as needed. Join a growing regional property management team committed to quality and community.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and teamwork.
• Consent to audio recordings during work duties (as a condition of employment).
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be available for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances.
• Paint and refresh units.
• Perform apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and similar duties.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sonoran Apartments, in Phoenix, AZ!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
