Job summary

Lake Roosevelt Adventures seeks a Maintenance Crew Lead with expertise across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and related maintenance disciplines to direct repair operations and lead teams as needed.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to coordinate priorities, and a focus on safety and quality while representing the company professionally to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• 1 year management/leadership experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing.
• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Maintenance Manager and assist in maintenance/repair of unit operations.
• Conduct scheduled inspections of designated buildings and equipment; check and repair malfunctions.
• Make major repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve facility safety/quality issues; manage security systems as required.
• Lock and secure buildings; monitor and reset automatic security systems.
• Assist Manager with inventory and security of supplies; ensure safe facility environment.
• Notify Manager of unusual events or safety concerns; represent the company professionally.
• Lead and supervise project crews in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
