Job summary

Guest Services Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Crew Lead to oversee maintenance and repair of assigned units. The role requires directing staff, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years related experience
• 1 year experience in management/leadership position preferred
• Strong technical knowledge/background in HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing

Responsibilities

• Receive direction from the Maintenance Manager and assist in the overall maintenance and repair of the unit’s operations
• Lead and supervise project crews or shop as a whole in the absence of the Maintenance Manager
• Conduct scheduled inspections of designated buildings and equipment; check and repair malfunctions
• Make major repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as needed
• Respond to emergency facility needs, including fire alarm systems, and secure buildings and facilities
