Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead four multi-trade crews in installing, repairing, and fabricating metal parts and tools for terminal operations. You will focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency to minimize downtime while keeping traffic and operations moving.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical/industrial maintenance with welding and safety experience, plus leadership and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of mechanical/industrial maintenance experience with safety practices and welding.
• Experience with repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TWIC credential.

Responsibilities

• Lead four multi-trade maintenance crews to install, repair, and fabricate metal parts.
• Review and assign tasks, align with production schedules and terminal operations.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, improvements, and cost control.
• Support annual budget planning and labor-hour estimation; respond to emergencies.
