Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians for Little Rock AFB housing in Jacksonville, AR. Roles span Level 1–3 with responsibilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.

Technicians troubleshoot, repair, and document work, support make-ready tasks, and handle emergency maintenance. A strong safety mindset and reliable attendance are essential, with opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
1–3 years general maintenance for Level 1; 4–6 years for Level 2 with EPA 608 within 180 days; 7+ years across trades for Level 3.

Responsibilities

Respond to service requests (furnaces, AC, appliances, water heaters).
Perform skilled work in trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, locksmith).
Document all work per policy and maintain equipment in ready condition.
Follow PPE guidelines and safety practices; follow preventive maintenance programs.
Assist in making ready vacated units with painting, floor work, drywall repair, etc.
Handle emergency maintenance (water, fires, leaks, etc.) and safe operation of equipment.
