Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment.
• Responds to service requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance items.
• Performs routine preventative maintenance to ensure smooth operation of systems and buildings.
• Operates plant equipment and building automation systems.
• Maintains tools and inventory and uses PPE as required.
• Trains other technicians and provides mentorship.
