Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of general maintenance experience across building, electrical, or mechanical trades.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Requires valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Custodial Tasks: cleaning floors, furniture, lavatories, and trash removal.
• Grounds Care: mowing, raking, landscaping, and snow removal.
• Basic Repairs: simple fixes with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tools.
• Equipment Use: operate and maintain hand and motorized tools and assigned equipment.
• Safety Practices: follow safety procedures, report hazards, and wear PPE.
• Work Support: assist skilled workers, run errands, and complete directed tasks.
