Qualifications

• Must possess valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle in NY.
• Ability to read/write English and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform journey-level maintenance, repair, installation and construction tasks across multiple trades.
• Supervise others and assist with training in trade skills.
• Plan, schedule and prioritize work with supervision; review work requests and determine materials needed.
• Operate tools, equipment and machinery safely and efficiently; review plans and blueprints.
