Qualifications

• Apprentice training in a trade or equivalent may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; read/write English.
• Valid driver's license; may require military driver's license per position.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and complete a variety of general trades projects.
• Monitor, inspect and ensure compliance with guidelines and schedules.
• Provide verbal instruction and demonstrate trade techniques; use tools safely.
• Review work requests and determine materials needed for projects.
• May supervise others and perform routine maintenance across trades.
