Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs across facilities and grounds (electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, HVAC, and more).
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and determine efficient repair methods.
• Conduct visual inspections and tests of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Work independently to support maintenance tasks and follow blueprints and CBP design standards.
