Job summary

Lava Island is seeking Foremen in Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; and Grand Rapids, MI for active park builds. This project-based role runs roughly four to six months, with potential travel to future park builds.

You’ll be hands-on, working with the Superintendent and the Magma Core Solutions team to keep parks on schedule and up to spec. Ideal candidates have multi-trade construction experience, prior foreman or lead carpenter roles, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to obtain OSHA

Qualifications

• Multi-trade construction experience across drywall, paint, tile, flooring, framing and finishWork.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on on-site leadership alongside the Superintendent.
• Coordinate with APS team and subcontractors.
• Protect and maintain site safety and quality; manage punch lists.

Skills
