Job summary

Lava Island is seeking a Foreman to lead multi-trade construction on park builds across Dallas, Houston, and Grand Rapids. You will be hands-on on site, coordinating with the Superintendent and subs to move from an empty space to a ready-to-open park.

Ideal candidates have foreman or lead carpenter experience, strong multi-trade skills, and the ability to work independently while staying connected with the MCS team.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade construction experience across drywall, paint, tile, flooring, and finish work.
• Previous foreman or lead carpenter experience required.
• Ability to stay on site with supervision via phone when needed.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification required or willing to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; background check required.

Responsibilities

• On-site presence with the Superintendent from empty space to park completion.
• Perform hands-on labor across trades; move between drywall, paint, tile, flooring.
• Coordinate with subs and APS; prep areas for specialty trades.
• Keep site clean, protect completed work, and enforce safety.
• Monitor quality, communicate issues early to the Superintendent.
