Job summary

Lava Island seeks Foremen to lead on-site construction in Dallas, Houston, and Grand Rapids for upcoming park builds. This hands-on, multi-trade role requires you to move between drywall, paint, tile, and flooring while coordinating with subs and the APS team.

You will supervise crews, ensure safety, manage punch lists, and work closely with the Superintendent and MCS team to deliver ready-to-open parks.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade construction experience across drywall, paint, tile, flooring, and finish work.
• Prior foreman or lead carpenter experience; strong journeyman considered.
• Ability to work independently on the ground while staying in contact with supervision.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on labor across drywall, patching, paint, tile, flooring, framing, trim, fixtures, and finish work.
• Demolition of existing space to prep for the build.
• Prepare areas for specialty subs and coordinate on site with APS team.
• Stay close to the work and flag deviations to the Superintendent.
• Keep the site clean, protect completed work, and manage punch lists.
• Model safe practices and enforce trades safety.
