Job summary

Magma Core Solutions (MCS) is seeking Foremen willing to travel to active park builds. You will lead hands-on construction across drywall, paint, tile, and finish work from empty space to a finished park, coordinating with subs and the on-site team.

This role starts on mobilization and runs through park handoff, roughly four to six months, with potential for continued project work with MCS based on performance. Strong leadership and safety mindset required.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade construction experience across drywall, paint, tile and finish work.
• Prior foreman, lead carpenter, or strong journeyman role.
• Ability to work independently on-site while staying in contact with the Superintendent.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification as required by the company.
• Equipment certifications (scissor lift, forklift) or willingness to obtain them.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Tenant improvement (TI) experience in retail or interior build-out is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on labor across drywall, paint, tile, flooring, light framing, trim, and fixtures.
• Demolish existing space to prep for the build.
• Prep areas for specialty subs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, tile, flooring).
• Coordinate on site with APS team during playground/trampoline installations.
• Stay close to the work and escalate issues early to the Superintendent.
• Keep the site clean and protect completed work; manage punch items.
• Model safe practices and hold trades to them.
• Be on-site presence with the Superintendent from mobilization to handoff.
