Lava Island, part of Magma Core Solutions (MCS), seeks Foremen for active park builds in Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; and Grand Rapids, MI. This project-based role runs four to six months, with potential to travel for future parks.

You will work hands-on with the Superintendent, moving between drywall, paint, flooring, and finish work, while coordinating with subs and APS teams to install playground attractions. Strong multi-trade experience and independent on-site execution are essential.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade construction experience across drywall, paint, tile, flooring, light framing, trim, and finish work.
• Prior foreman, lead carpenter, or strong journeyman experience.
• Ability to work independently on the ground while staying in contact with the Superintendent.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification as required.
• Background check; stand/walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
• TI experience in retail or interior build-out is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• On-site presence with the Superintendent, hands-on across trades.
• Perform drywall, patching, paint, tile, flooring, framing, trim and finish work.
• Demolish existing space to prep for the build.
• Prep areas for subs and coordinate with APS team for playground/trampoline installs.
• Maintain site safety, quality, and timely progress; communicate issues early.
