Job summary

Opensity is seeking a FAST Service Specialist in Lexington, KY to support mail, copy, reception, hospitality, courier, and facilities across accounts. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with up to 40 hours weekly.

You will handle mail, copy, and front-desk tasks, coordinate conference spaces, and assist with basic facilities duties. A prior customer service background and ability to lift 40 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Mail: meter, sort, and distribute mail and packages per schedule.
• Copy: produce copy, print, and scan projects per instructions.
• Reception: answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
