Opensity seeks a FAST Service Specialist to provide administrative support at client sites in a defined geographic market, primarily in Charlotte, NC. You will handle mail, copy, reception, hospitality, and facilities tasks, supporting multiple client sites as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year in customer services, with the flexibility to cover varied shifts. Compensation includes benefits and a potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and carry 75 lb load with cart.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Manage mail services, metering, sorting, and distributing packages.
• Produce copy, print, and scan materials per written instructions.
• Greet visitors and answer calls, routing to the appropriate person.
• Coordinate conference rooms, common areas, and kitchens; keep stocked.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies; basic facilities maintenance.
• Support floor coordination and office moves as needed.
• Operate a client call center and handle customer service inquiries.
