Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist front and back office operations; coordinate referrals and patient communication.
Administer injections and assist with EKGs and screenings; support patient care.
Obtain medical history and vital signs; document quality metrics per regulations.
Maintain inventory of supplies; ensure equipment calibration and cleanliness.
Register patients and verify insurance; post encounter data to funding plans.
Complete end-of-day reconciliation and secure deposits.
Pre-register patients and screen for program eligibility for next-day clinics.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist other departments as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
