Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform diverse maintenance tasks at our Greensboro, NC property. The role focuses on timely service, resident satisfaction, and preparing vacant units for market readiness.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs while representing the company professionally to residents, colleagues, and vendors. On-call rotations are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred, or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to work on-call rotations and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to service requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment and prepare market-ready vacant apartments.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs and more.
