Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in Greenville, SC to fix, paint, and maintain apartments and common areas. You’ll handle work orders, perform light plumbing and electrical tasks, and assist with seasonal maintenance while contributing to a welcoming, well-kept community.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area.
• EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency.
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair.
• Maintain grounds and common areas in good condition.
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks.
