Job summary

ARI Apartment Management in Garner, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of community maintenance tasks and respond to resident service requests. You will prepare market-ready apartments and help maintain property value through quality repairs and friendly, timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.).
• CPO preferred, or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Ability to work on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Resident Champion: respond promptly to service requests, maintain a clean community, improve vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Multi-Talented Craftsman: perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more; identify and address potential issues.
• Professional & Reliable: represent ARI Apartment Management professionally; communicate with residents, colleagues, and vendors; participate in on-call rotations.
