Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years as Building Maintenance Technician B or three years in HVAC/electrical/plumbing/carpentry.
• Valid state driver's license; CAST test completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance on HVAC equipment and building systems per codes.
• Repair, install and operate HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and assist contractors engaged in maintenance and construction activities.
• Maintain records, inspections and submit required reports.
• General building upkeep including drywall, painting, ceilings and flooring.
