Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician B or at least three (3) years equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license. CAST test completion required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install and operate HVAC-related equipment, generators, and associated building services.
• Manage general building maintenance including drywall, masonry, painting, ceilings, roofing, and flooring.
• Supervise and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliant, on-time work.
• Procure parts and materials cost-effectively and maintain inspection records.
