Job summary

ITV Associates Inc. is seeking a building maintenance technician to oversee day‑to‑day operations for 20 to 35 facilities. You will serve as the primary contact for third‑party vendors and supervise routine maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates will repair or coordinate repairs, work with minimal supervision, respond to emergencies, and follow written and spoken English instructions. A strong team mindset and reliable driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of related maintenance, repair and/or construction experience.
• Able to use facilities management software.
• Valid state driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and agree to criminal history background check.
• EPA Universal.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 20–35 buildings.
• Be primary contact for third-party vendors and oversight of vendors.
• Perform routine maintenance activities.
• Assess problems quickly and either repair or coordinate repairs.

Job description

Be responsible for the day-to-day operational needs of between 20 and 35 buildings. Serve as the primary contact, and provide oversight, for any third-party vendors. Perform routine maintenance activities. Technicians must be able to quickly assess problems and either make a necessary repair or manage the repair. They must be able to work with little or no supervision and be available to respond to emergency calls as needed. Ability to understand and follow English instructions
