Job summary

EMCOR Services Aircond is seeking a General Building Maintenance Technician (Electrician) to maintain the property's physical integrity and support the Maintenance Supervisor. You will perform essential duties, including preventive maintenance, electrical tasks, and safety compliance in a data center environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, 4+ years of full-time maintenance experience, and the ability to work on-call with extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years full-time maintenance experience.
• Willingness to perform all required tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of work safety habits.
• Able to work on-call and extended hours (including after hours and weekends).
• Safety awareness: Commitment to following strict safety protocols within a data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate.
• Conduct maintenance work, service requests, building inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner.
• Communicate concerns of the Facility to managers.
• Prepare maintenance reports and other job documentation.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, tools and supplies.
