Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience as Building Maintenance Technician B or 3+ years in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install and operate building systems and equipment.
• Handle drywall, masonry, painting, ceilings, roofing, and flooring maintenance.
• Monitor and coordinate with contractors and other staff.
• Ensure work complies with contract terms and safety policies.
• Perform housekeeping, inventory, and supply procurement tasks.
• Maintain records and submit reports.
