Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Adhere to recipes and kitchen standards with precise execution.
• Maintain inventory and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Perform opening and closing duties for shifts.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver fans experiences.
• Assist Event Chef with menu specifications and execution.
• Demonstrate skills for three or more line stations to meet service needs.
• Keep workstation clean and sanitary and follow health policies.
