Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown is seeking a skilled Cook 4 to join our culinary team in downtown Houston. The candidate will demonstrate advanced culinary skills across multiple stations, delivering high-quality dishes for our main restaurant Gulf & Prairie and banquet operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong attention to food safety, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant culinary experience in restaurant, hotel, or fine dining.
• Advanced culinary knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Experience across multiple kitchen stations and flexible scheduling.
