Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Culinary degree or formal training preferred
• Experience working in a high-volume kitchen advantageous
• Strong knife skills and technique essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to outlet recipes and guest requests
• Move between stations (broiler, sauté, fryer, garde manger) to meet business needs
• Maintain organization, safety, and sanitation; ensure proper labeling and FIFO
• Assist other cooks during peak periods and ensure consistent food quality
