Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards.
• Assists in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Keeps kitchen area and equipment in good working order.
