Reece USA is seeking a Tax Accountant to support indirect tax and compliance, focusing on sales and use tax across multiple states. You will collaborate with IT, Legal, and finance to maintain accurate filings and tax data.

The role requires detail orientation, ability to manage deadlines, and experience with tax systems like Avalara; a bachelor's in accounting and 2–4 years in tax or accounting are preferred. Dallas-area on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant tax or accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-state sales and use tax compliance is preferred.
• Corporate indirect tax experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns.
• Maintain tax configurations and rules within ERP and sales tax systems (Avalara).
• Research product taxability and exemption requirements; manage exemption certificates.
• Assist with tax accruals, reconciliations, audits, notices, and disclosures.
• Coordinate business license filings and renewals; support corporate reporting.
