Reece USA is seeking a Tax Manager to support indirect tax and compliance, with emphasis on sales and use tax and involvement in property tax and business licenses. You will partner with Accounting, IT, Legal and external providers to keep filings, data, and reconciliations accurate.

The role follows a 4/1 in-office schedule with one day per week at home. Responsibilities include preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining tax configurations in ERP systems (Avalara), researching taxability

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant tax experience; corporate indirect tax preferred.
• Experience with multi-state sales and use tax compliance; property tax and business licensing a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and use tax returns with data coordination.
• Maintain tax configurations and rules within ERP systems and Avalara; monitor tax accuracy.
• Research taxability and exemption requirements; manage exemption certificates and inquiries.
• Assist with tax accruals, reconciliations, audits, and notices; coordinate responses.
• Support property tax compliance, renditions, assessments, and reporting.
• Coordinate business license filings and renewals; assist with annual corporate reporting.
• Maintain organized tax records and identify control improvements.
