DL² Search Partners seeks a payroll tax professional with deep hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience to perform an initial state-by-state compliance audit and provide ongoing, as-needed support.

The role is part-time, with a few hours per week, focusing on registrations, UI/SUI tax IDs, and coordination with ADP to keep payroll compliance up to date as the company hires in new states and expands its footprint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now configuration and state tax setup experience.
• Ability to audit current compliance posture and identify gaps.
• Independent, self-directed, part-time engagement with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial compliance audit across all states with ADP WFN.
• Determine responsibilities between ADP filings and client obligations.
• Coordinate DPA authorizations and state registrations as needed.
• Provide ongoing ad-hoc support for new state registrations and payroll reviews.
