eClinicalWorks is seeking a payroll specialist to manage multi-state payroll processing and reporting for the US. The role requires experience with benefits, bonuses, terminations, and lifecycle events, ensuring accuracy and compliance across states while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities include bi-weekly payroll, manual payroll tasks, and generating reports for Finance and HR. A High School Diploma with 5+ years of multi-state payroll experience or a Bachelor's with 2+ years is

• Strong customer service to resolve payroll inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-state payroll processing and reporting, including registrations and unemployment accounts.
• Run and quality check full-cycle, bi-weekly payroll.
• Handle manual payroll tasks such as bonuses, retroactive pay, terminations.
• Support payroll activities for hires, transfers, leaves, and other lifecycle events.
• Prepare payroll reports for Finance and HR.
