Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll administration, payroll coordinator, or related payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP, Workday, Paylocity, or a similar payroll platform; Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support biweekly payroll processing for employees across multiple states.
• Review timesheets for completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and required approvals.
• Maintain payroll records for new hires, terminations, compensation changes, direct deposit updates, and tax withholding changes.
• Assist with payroll tax filings, reporting, and related compliance activities.
• Support benefits administration, payroll deductions, and reconciliations.
• Process and reconcile 401(k) contributions, employer matches, and loans.
• Research payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries, escalating exceptions for review.
• Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data using Excel.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities.
• Coordinate with HR, Benefits, and Finance as needed.
