Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC is seeking a detail-oriented Judgment Entry Clerk to review and process judgment orders across multiple states. You will track case documents, communicate with courts, and initiate post-judgment actions as required.

This role emphasizes strong organization, multi-state workflow management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely progression of cases. A high school diploma is required, with higher degrees preferred; proficiency in Office and case management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in legal support, court processing, or collections preferred.
• Familiarity with civil court procedures and judgment processes a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-state workflows and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Review and process judgment orders across multiple states with accuracy.
• Receive and manage orders from mail, email, or court/client websites.
• Monitor pending judgments and follow up when copies are not received.
• Send standardized correspondence and contact courts for status updates.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all judgment activity.
• Initiate post-judgment actions, including lien filings where required.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to progress cases.
