Job summary

Lloyd- in Atlanta is seeking an Entry Clerk to review, track, and process judgment orders across multiple states. You will ensure accurate case documentation, timely court follow-ups, and initiation of post-judgment actions, including lien preparation when applicable.

The role requires detail orientation, multi-state workflow management, and proficiency in MS Office and case management systems. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing collaboration with legal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Prior experience in legal support, court processing, or collections is highly preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with civil court procedures and judgment processes is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and process judgment orders across 14 states with accuracy and proper documentation.
• Receive and manage orders from mail, email, and court or client websites.
• Monitor pending judgments and follow up on any missing file-stamped copies.
• Send standardized correspondence using templates and contact courts by phone or other methods.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all judgment activity.
• Initiate lien filings and other post-judgment actions as state requirements allow.
• Ensure compliance with varying state-specific procedures and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to advance case progression and resolution.
