The position emphasizes regulatory oversight, certification reviews, background processing, and policy governance, while driving digital transformation and service-record management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume HR workflows (onboarding, life-cycle events).
• Deep understanding of state and federal labor laws and licensing.
• Ability to implement digital records and service-record systems.

Responsibilities

• Standardize New Hire Processing across states to a gold standard.
• Lead HR Generalists/Coordinators to handle status changes, stipends and salary adjustments.
• Audit and oversee teacher certification reviews for state compliance.
• Oversee background checks and CHRI clearances for staff, contractors, volunteers.
• Develop and maintain HR policies reflecting multi-state requirements.
• Guide onboarding/offboarding programs and KPI-driven processes.
• Collaborate on expansion and multi-state labor-law compliance.
