Stimulus Technologies seeks a Director of Engineering and Construction to lead the design, permitting, build and connection of fiber networks across Nevada, Oregon, California, and Missouri. You will build the team, establish standards, and drive BEAD-driven projects to passings and customers, safely, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with NTIA/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 12+ years telecom/utility infra.
• Minimum 7 years leading multi-state teams.
• Proven delivery of large fiber builds across jurisdictions.
• Experience with RUS, NESC, OSHA standards.
• Permitting across state DOTs and utilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the Engineering and Construction organization across four BEAD states.
• Direct Permitting, Engineering and Construction managers and ensure consistent standards.
• Oversee OSP design and ensure compliance with RUS/NESC and grant areas.
• Manage contracts with engineering firms and construction contractors.
• Drive safety programs and compliance with OSHA and BEAD funding rules.
• Provide regular status reports on production, schedule, cost, quality, and staffing.
