Responsibilities

• Gather and document permitting requirements for each project per the Permitting Manager.
• Support agency relationships and tracking of submittals.
• Create and maintain permit submittal schedules and trackers.
• Prepare permitting packages and supporting documentation for review.
• Update maps and trackers; coordinate with field teams and engineering.
• Flag issues and bottlenecks to keep projects on schedule.
