Job summary

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all field construction activities for broadband and fiber projects. You will manage Stimulus-employed Resident Engineers and coordinate with the engineering firm, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple sites.

Your role includes leading field teams, reviewing contractor work, and maintaining documentation for turnover and activation, while aligning with project timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in OSP telecom or fiber optic construction.
• 3+ years in supervisory/management for field teams.
• Strong understanding of OSP fiber optic construction methods.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of OSP fiber optic construction (aerial, underground, buried).
• Review and approve contractor pay apps, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Directly manage Stimulus-employed Resident Engineers and field staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across sites.
• Provide regular construction updates to leadership and stakeholders.
