Job summary

Stimulus Technologies is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field construction on broadband and fiber projects in Oregon. You will supervise Resident Engineers, manage contractors, and keep programs on schedule and within budget.

You’ll coordinate with the engineering firm, review inspection and as-built docs, and ensure safety, compliance, and quality across all sites. A strong leadership mindset and drive for execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in OSP telecom or fiber optic construction.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Valid driver’s license and travel ability.
• Knowledge of RUS, NESC and industry practices.
• Experience coordinating with third‑party engineering firms.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct field teams and mentor Resident Engineers on active projects.
• Oversee all phases of fiber construction from planning to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with plans, permits, and codes; monitor budgets and timelines.
• Review engineer reports, logs, and as-built docs for turnover.
• Escalate field and contractor issues to engineering leadership with data.
