Job summary

RISE Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee multi-state employment services, supervise staff, and ensure program quality and regulatory compliance. This hands-on leadership role balances team leadership with direct program support across Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island.

The role requires travel, in-person training, and ongoing staff supervision, with strong emphasis on accountability and performance outcomes for individuals with disabilities served by the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services, rehabilitation, social work, psychology, education, business or related field.
• At least three years in employment services or related human-services program.
• At least two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to manage staff, deadlines, documentation, and multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities and person-centered outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and performance management to Employment Program staff.
• Oversee employment services including supported employment, job development, coaching, and transition services.
• Monitor referrals, caseloads, authorizations, and client progress.
• Ensure services and documentation meet state and funding-source requirements.
• Review case records and billing documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Track staff productivity, outcomes, and program performance.
• Lead supervision meetings and staff development activities.
• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Build partnerships with referral sources and community partners.
