Job summary

RISE Services LLC seeks a Regional Director to oversee employment programs in Delaware, Maryland, and Rhode Island, with additional expansion work across states. This leadership role requires in‑person presence and travel within the region.

The candidate will supervise teams, manage complex applications, and coordinate provider enrollment alongside program operations to drive regional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, rehabilitation, social work, psychology, education, workforce development, business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred; substantial relevant experience may be considered.
• At least three years of relevant experience in human services, supported employment, vocational rehabilitation, disability services, healthcare administration, provider enrollment, licensing, credentialing, compliance, workforce development, or a related setting.
• Previous supervisory, team‑lead, project‑management, or program‑management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage employees, complex projects, documentation, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Strong research, writing, proofreading, and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directing daily employment-service operations across the assigned region.
• Supervising Employment Program Managers, Lead Employment Specialists, Employment Specialists, and other assigned employees.
• Establishing clear expectations for service delivery, communication, productivity, documentation, and professional conduct.
• Conducting supervision, team meetings, and performance follow‑up.
• Monitoring caseloads, staffing capacity, service utilization, authorizations, and program outcomes.
• Reviewing documentation for accuracy, timeliness, quality, compliance, and billing readiness.
• Addressing late or incomplete documentation and performance concerns.
• Ensuring compliance with state vocational rehabilitation requirements and CARF standards.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Building relationships with agencies, schools, employers, families, and referral partners.
